Rental procedure

If you want to stay in Can La to enjoy of your holidays in Mallorca. First of all, check our available calendar at Vrbo webpage.

If the dates are available, you have two methods to book our villa:

• Follow the instructions you will find at the vrbo webpage or,
• Sent us an e-mail at canlavilla@gmail.com with the dates you are interested in we will send you the instructions to finish with the booking.

-Security Deposit (for electrical and heating consum (cold seasson), final cleaning or possible damages caused during your stay): 300€. This deposit will be refunded by transfer after pertinent deductions within 15 days after return date.

Electricity consum will be charged at your deposit depending on consum at 0,25 €/Kwh. Also, central heating consum (cold seasson) will be charged at your deposit at 2€/litre.
